In this video, I talk about a series of reflections on “emotions,” and how to handle them as Christians. We will not cover all of them, but will focus on the following:
- Anger.
- Guilt and shame.
- Sadness.
- Fear.
Emotions are ways our body physiologically reacts to what’s happening around us.
In other words, we can’t really suppress emotions and feelings. But, what we can do is threefold:
- Learn how to be aware of our emotions and feelings.
- Learn how to control our emotions and feelings as Christians.
- And, learn when to ask for help.
