In this video, I talk about a series of reflections on “emotions,” and how to handle them as Christians. We will not cover all of them, but will focus on the following:

  • Anger.
  • Guilt and shame.
  • Sadness.
  • Fear.

Emotions are ways our body physiologically reacts to what’s happening around us.

In other words, we can’t really suppress emotions and feelings. But, what we can do is threefold:

  • Learn how to be aware of our emotions and feelings.
  • Learn how to control our emotions and feelings as Christians.
  • And, learn when to ask for help.
