God has given a firm foundation! 

This is something you probably don’t notice. But you’ve got all what you need. 

Our foundation is no other than Jesus Christ! 

Life in 2017 will bring about so many things, including suffering of any kind. Whether we like it or not, that’s likely to happen to anyone, the righteous and the not so righteous. 

But, if you have Jesus Christ in your life, you will better off. 

Am I saying that Jesus will completely eliminate suffering in your life? 

No, but there are a lot of benefits that come with having Jesus Christ in your life. 

Jesus restores you.

• Having Jesus means He will be with you all the time.
• And because He’s with you, He heals you from your wounds.
• He wipes away your tears. 

Jesus supports you.

• When you need someone to lean on, Jesus is going to be there for you.
• Jesus lifts you up when you feel so down.
• Jesus holds your hands when there is no one to do so for you. 

Jesus strengthens you.

• When you get discouraged, Jesus gives you strength to carry on.
• He renews your energy and breathes into you fresh breath.
• He helps you go higher and reach new places you’ve never been before in your life. 

God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So, after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support and strengthen you and he will place you on a firm foundation. (1 Peter 5:10)
