Keep Believing!
Life’s so difficult and very unpredictable. Things do not always go as planned. That alone challenge our core values and belief.
As a result, it’s easier to feel like giving up than believing. Yes, to continue believing is quite strenuous.
Three things that can help us keep believing no matter what we face on a daily basis.
First, understand that faith in God through Christ is the only way to please God. In other words, believe not because you want something, but because you want to make God smile.
And, when you do so, watch what happens next!
Second, believing implies the fact you acknowledge God as the rewarder of all those who seek God.
When you show faith in God on daily basis, it’s like sowing some good seeds into good ground. The natural and spiritual principle behind that is one way or another, there will always be a time of harvest from what you sowed earlier: acts of faith.
Last, believe even when you do not see the fruit yet. This is where patience comes into play.
When you put some seed into the ground, you will have to wait for days, weeks to begin seeing something come out of the ground.
Read the following scriptures to help you make sense of what I’ve shared with you today:
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:1, 6
For whatever one sows, that will he also reap. Galatians 6:7.
