You Are Equipped To Be The Best of Yourself

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)

What life brings about on our path is not always good stuff.

A lot of times, what we encounter makes us feel so incapable, unequipped and unqualified for anything out there.

But, what I want to say to you this morning is that you are equipped and complete for what God would like you to be and do this day.

Being equipped has nothing to do with skills we gain from some of our academic and other trainings we have had through schools, workshops, and so forth.

Those skills may enhance our work and careers. But, to live in righteousness this day, we need more than those skills.

Here’s God’s revealed Word stating 4 things that equip you to be the best of yourself today and throughout your entire life:

1. God is with you.
2. God strengthens you.
3. God helps you.
4. God upholds you with His righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41: 10)
