Be Confident!
“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus” (Acts 4: 13).
As you begin your day, remember that you should be bold and confident.
Your confidence does not have to be grounded in what you can do. Your boldness and confidence should come from Jesus Christ.
The disciples’ boldness, even though most of them were uneducated, astonished the highly educated religious leaders in Jerusalem.
That was not as a result of what those disciples of Jesus Christ were capable of doing. Their confidence and boldness came from being followers of Jesus Christ.

Because you also are a follower of Jesus Christ, you should be confident and bold.
Just as God astonished the educated people in Jerusalem, using the uneducated ones’ confidence, God will do the same with you.
Therefore, walk tall today, knowing that you can do better than you’ve done before, through Jesus Christ who lives and works through you.
Amen!
